For all you network guru's.

I have a cygwin setup in wok and I ssh into a box behind a smoothwall firewall.

Now, I have heard the terms network usage policy etc being batted around at work lately and I was wondering given that I just run mutt on the machine at home what would the average bandwidth uses yr? and are there ways to trim it down.

IT guy's here are sound but if I was sucking load of bandwidth up I reckon I will be getting an email :)
