[ILUG] OT - Fraud and Customer Service

Damian,

I had cause to complain about not getting magazines for which I had paid a 
subsscription. I wrote to all concerned but only got noticed when I started 
using the word Fraud in the subject line. The magazine in question employed 
an external company to distribute to their subscribers in Ireland and 
afterwards changed their method of distribution for Ireland. I got my money 
refunded and got the magazine free for 2 years afterwards. 

I have no doubt that I have contributed to the continuing success of the 
magazine and that their distribution service for subscribers is second to 
none! 

Here are some more people not happy with Dell!
