[ILUG] "Sarge is now frozen! Wheeeeeee!!!"

Does this mean that I can install from the latest Sarge snapshot ISO's
and when Sarge is finally released I can upgrade and have a fully
functional System? Or would a reinstall be the recommended way to go?
