If you're familiar with the general RH setup, then CentOS is identical.
Installs a bucket load of crap, but yum makes it easy enough to get rid of.

whiteboxlinux released WBEL4 on the 6th of May. That's at least two
months after CentOS. From my point of view, I think whitebox linux is
undermanned, and CentOS is a better bet. I haven't used any of the other
clones.
