Absolutely, and since this is the 6th instance of someone asking me for
a license (you all know who you are!) I've put up something more
conrete on the web;

As it says there;

"I'm granting a permanent free (as in beer) license to modify, copy,
distribute, display or make any use of the above license. If anyone has
a better license they can suggest, feel free to mail me!"
