Can anyone recommend incident logging software, ideally web-based? Needs
to allow users enter time-stamped events into a log as they happen, and
then other users to view, filtering the events on text, time etc.
It sounds like the sort of thing that should be out there, but Google
returns too many hits and I'm not sure the best keywords to search with.
I realise this could be knocked together quick enough, but it's likely
there's an open source starting point out there if I could only find it.
