Okay, some decisions:
* Wiki Engine
MoinMoin; it seems to do everything we want, is easy to
install on Ubuntu, seems secure, and is well-thought-of
* User account policy
Email administrators for a wiki account. Regular audits to
detect inactive or harmful users.
* Server
Rather than have to do everything twice, I think we'll run
Scoil as the first site on our new ILUG server (thank you Dell).
This should be up and running by the end of this week, all
going well.
