Thanks for the feedback. For anyone who's interested, I think the reason
the ebay item below is cheap is that it's a discontinued product from Digium
(as opposed to a clone, obviously I can't be sure without seeing the physical
card). Here's what Digium have to say about it:

While there's no reason to assume that discontinued == rubbish, I'd like to
accomodate at least two incoming phone lines so this doesn't suit my purposes.
