Frequently, when I like my settings one way, and other people like
them another way, and the default is that way, I have to go to a
special effort to make them my way. As, I'm sure, do you all (this is
a linux list, after all). So lets review:

- You like to be CCed
- Some people do not like to be CCed
- Some people default to not CC (I even go to the trouble of only
replying to the list, as it annoys me when others dont)

It seems you may have to go to special effort. Since you seem to have
elaborate filtering in place, it doesnt seem too much trouble to slot
in some rules that approximate the following:

- When you send a mail to a list, it notes the subject or special
header that the list has.
- When you receive a mail with that special token, it copies it to your inbox.

Perhaps, and perhaps in a new thread where this isnt OT, people can
suggest other ways you might like to try.

The other alternative, complaining, seems not to work in this
circumstance. Hopefully this solution is more to your liking.

:)

Paul

ps I havent CCed you in this mail, so you may not get it. Sorry.
