My point was that Lucy Morgan seemed mixed up with her numbers, thinking 
that "double figures" IQs meant "intelligent".

To paraphrase what I think she meant:
  Astrology and other silly belief systems will flourish if intelligent 
people do nothing to stop it.

The problem is, though, that IQs in "double figures" are sub-average - 
/not/ "intelligent" (no offence meant to any poor dumb bastards out there).
