There is. Latin. Once you've groked that, you'll have much less difficulty
learning any other (European) language. At least that's my experience. And I
dare say the same holds for for programming languages. It's not so much about
details, but about understanding general concepts, especially grammar.
Taxes are going up so fast, the government is likely to price itself
out of the market.
