Thay actually tell you how:
http://www.blueface.ie/support/asterisk.aspx
Update: I have downloaded and installed Twinkle
(http://www.twinklephone.com/) and I am very very impressed. It's only
V0.1 and it supports two lines (which works with only one Blueface
account), the DTMF tones work for Blueface voicemail, the configuration
is more advanced and intuitive. And it looks much much nicer than
KPhone.
The only draw back is that it's Qt rather than KDE so it doesn't
integrate into the systray, etc. Also the author has some features on
his todo list such as an address book (essential really), history, etc.
