Colm, I just wanted to poke my head into this thread to thank you for
mentioning Mailman's plug-in interface, which is exactly what is needed
on Linux Gazette's The Answer Gang mailing list,
tag at lists.linuxgazette.net, for a particular type of special mail
treatment there. (If you're curious about that, I can fill you in, but
you're probably too busy at the moment dealing with this nth repeat of
an annoying flamewar -- not your fault, of course. Suffice it to say
that TAG has an open posting policy identical to ilug@, and also has a
special need to munge headers in a way that stock Mailman doesn't
support.)
I just thought you might want to know that something good has come of
this discussion, and that your help is appreciated.
