Sure they were open source, but what kind of performances did that
gives, come on let's be realistic here.
Yes, i'd rather use fully opensource hardware/software (whatever
happened to that opensource 3D card to be released soon) but in the
current market, i see only Nvidia as being a reliable 3D option in
Linux.
