Note that Linux supports TCPA (before even windows ever did, does any
release of Windows even support TCPA?), which of itself is not evil
as long you control it.
Users of other systems are likely to find they don't control their
OS, and hence don't control their computer.. (but they never had
control anyway, so aren't likely to find it much of a loss.).
