So what is it? Do I smell? Braun asks for ideas about Opensource
workshops and gets snowed under. I ask for suggestions for talks for
the ILUG AGM (this is still the ILUG list, yes?) and the silence is
deafening. We already have a couple of speakers lined up but we'd like
to organise some more. The speakers lined up now are interesting
(details later) but not all that hard core technical, and it might be
nice to have one hard core technical presentation i.e. something which
might take a bit longer than the normal talk, entailing demonstrations
also.
We're lucky enough to once again have the use of the ICS seminar room,
so we have a projector, and an internet connection. So, any volunteers
for a hard core techie talk?
Niall
P.S. I just realised that we haven't yet formally announced the AGM, as
we are required to do > 10 days beforehand. Well, it's on Saturday Oct.
15th in the afternoon but this isn't the formal announcement - that'll
come later :-)
