I just wanted to follow up on this post and thank the OP. I held onto
this mail from when it arrived to the list (quite a while ago, as you
can see from the date) because I knew it was something I'd want to do. I
finally picked up a new Bluetooth + GPRS compatible phone, and bought
some unnamed USB Bluetooth dongle in Maplins yesterday, plugged it in
and ran through the instructions posted, and it worked perfectly.

I'd suggest this post as an entry for a tutorial on linux.ie. If the OP
doesn't want to write it, I will!
