Hi to all,
I have a ADSL PCI modem connecting me to the broadband and I also have an external serial modem. My scenario is as fellows: in order to get my ADSL modem to connect to my isp,I had to put a link to the pppoatm.so plugin in the /etc/ppp/options.But my dial-up connection doesn't use the pppoatm.so plugin and drops the line everytime I try to connect. My question is how can I tell pppd which options file to use if I was to create an options.ttySx with the appropriate plugin?
Any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks a lot,
Krimo.
