They are gone now, well I think so anyway.
They are now called system-config-*
Although there are still things to remove -> logos etc.

Redhat back port patches from other kernels, just bugfixes, no new stuff.
If you need new stuff, then they allow you to download the newer releases as
part of your channel subscribtion.
