Quoting Declan Moriarty (declan.moriarty at iol.ie):

Well, no. Alfredo Kojima's "www.windowmaker.org" site seems to be
operating in failure mode, but, c'mon, man: This is open source. E.g.,
when in doubt, try the "packages.debian.org" search engine, which gives
you access not only to Debian's packages but also to mirror copies of
pristine upstream tarballs. Thus:
http://ftp.debian.org/debian/pool/main/w/wmaker/wmaker_0.92.0.orig.tar.gz
Also, some checking of Google's cache of Kojima's Web site reveals this
ftp link, which is working: ftp://windowmaker.info/pub/source/release/
You'll find additional relevant source and (IIRC) docs files, there.
(Also, whatever's in Debian's upstream tarball for package wmaker-data
is probably useful, along with some other matches on wmaker*, wm* more
generally, WINGs*, libwings, login.app, gnustep*, and so on.)
