	I've installed the developer tools as you've suggested but I'm still
getting the same errors when I try to run Bundle::Bugzilla

I'm not sure what you are trying to do, exactly,
but you probably should say
	yum grouplist
and then
	yum groupinstall Development\ Tools
at the very least.
