Possilbly the kind of chipset on the client ? I've seen this happening
with the ndiswrapper (evil) driver.
If not, try first without encryption nor MAC address control. Once you
are satisfied, try out by upping the security a little, first on
adding MAC control, then encryption (and please, please, get rid of
WEP).
I'd also swap dhclient for dhcpcd just as a matter of interest.
