Well done Marx indeed.
They even have a specific "Linux PC" though Ubuntu seems to be an
offering for every system.
The Linux PC is actually Mandrake 10.1 though (or is that Mandriva).
Getting an OS costs you: Ubuntu €65; XP Home €110; XP Pro €180. Which
I'm guessing
means that no operating system is an option.
The "Linux PC" is €525 with a VStream Video capture card (though no
Monitor).
Athlon XP 2400+, 512MB, 80GB, 8x DVD+/-RW and a Radeon 9550
Going for an Ubuntu installed machine starts at €440 with a basic
Sempron 3000+
On the laptops you'll be forking out €1034 Euro or more, and be getting
a useless winmodem.
Nothing else is marked as not working with Linux so I guess it's not too
hard to take.
I'm getting tempted by the OS/less Mini-Cube which has a cased EPIA
M10000 for €235.
Marx / Mark S ... co-incidence ;)
