I disagree with the advice given you, Paul.
I believe inaccurate comments (and I certainly make my share of
those! :-) often add to the value of a thread. Engineering types have
the habit of saying little, suggesting few answers, but immediately
correcting any inaccuracy, however irrelevant or slight. I do this
myself, and try to fight the habit.
So a 'technical L.B.W.' often brings out the explanations we all wanted
to hear.
