Solaris. Sun invented NFS - they still understand it rather well.
I've heard the various free BSDs do NFS quite well too, though am
lacking in personal experience. If your budget is large, Netapp also
do some quite nice NFS servers.
Now if I would only eat my own dog food there . . .
