Most certainly - turning up early is a very good thing for "likely to be
popular" offers

More than one, and often less than they could sell (usually the quantity
that will fit on a pallet if a friend in the know (former lidl manager)
is to be believed.
If the offer is popular (lidl's kids bikes were very popular for
example) expect a nigh stampeede when the store opens. If you're really
lucky, dropping in just before closing the preceeding night might net
you one !
