[ILUG] Weird Samba problem

[ILUG] Weird Samba problem

I've go this Samba issue, maybe somebody can shed some light on.

I have 2 offices connected via VPN (CIPE), currently running Samba 2.2.8, and
everything is working smoothly. The Samba domain controller is on the VPN in
Dublin.

Now I want to install a new domain controller running Samba 3, I have
installed it in Dublin, behind the VPN/Firewall. I have setup all the
firewall rules, and am able to connect the remote machines to the domain
fine.

The problem is the remote machines don't run the logon script, and can't
determine the users home share.

Anybody any ideas, or had the same problem.

PS: Been googling for weeks to no avail.
