I have had IBB 2 meg for a year now. It seriously sucked for most of the
year until I forced them to put me on another high sight.

I went from serious packet loss -> which affects games but more importantly
- VOIP. You simply cannot have VOIP with packet loss.

I sometimes had a connection of 1mbit (on a 2mb)  but more often 35k to 65k.

YMMV, my experience was terrible, fortunately all is now resolved (11 months
later). If only the were competent enough to actually charge me for the
service. Believe me I have tried to give them money, many, many, many times.
