It's probably fair to say that if you couldn't figure it out, you'd be
happier not trying to run it.
Hint: It's in the headers of every message sent to the list, and it's the
same package as used for ILUG.
To be honest a lot of mailing list software has severe tentacle issues,
although I wouldn't automatically assume it was the sole and/or main point
of breakage.
Mailman certainly seems to be the most popular package for the job it does,
and while alternatives do exist they tend to have their own quirks or
dependencies.
