For a really cheap solution:
http://www.kimsufi.com/ (means fits my needs) 19.99 ex VAT
It's from OVH, well known provider. Other offers there:
http://www.ovh.com/fr/produits/offres_dedies.xml
Another operator Free (second ISP after France Telecom) has
http://www.dedibox.fr/ 29.99 ex VAT
They both strongly automated their offer. Don't expect high support but
the solutions are fairly reliable. They operate also remote reboot and
PXE boot on a recovery kernel.
