I was not referring to managed servers, but rather to a server which
is completely yours (as long as you pay the rent). It is preinstalled
with one of a selection of Linux variants, and you can if you like
then install something completely different thanks to their PXE boot
system. Of course your box is in a server where strangers have
physical access to it. This is also the case when you colo your own
kit. Don't forget that starting from locked room, machine turned off,
security only gets worse.
