| Don't forget that starting from locked room,
| machine turned off, security only gets worse.
backup tapes can be stolen from the other room.
( or yer listings are stolen from the bin,
or the _other_ (standby?) computer is stolen or
compromised, or ... )
if the machine was ever turned on (and esp.(?) if
backed up), you're are at Rish even if the "locked
room" is a block of concrete mixed with the crushed
and incinerated bits of yer (former!) computer buried
at the bottom of the sea.
few ;-)'s here. people should also not forget
there is a Risk even if the computer is off and
physically guarded.
