Folks,
We have a RH 7.3 system needed for testing backward compatibility. On this
system the command xterm -e /bin/true hangs. I checked the same on the
recent distributions and it works fine. On RH 7.3 the xterm binary is
installed by the XFree86 package, but on the new distributions its a
separate package in itself. Did anyone encounter this error.
I am thinking of upgrading XFree86 from 4.2.0-8 to 4.2.1.
