"Manual prioritising of links"... homey don't play that game. We
can *de*-prioritise a link (eg: if we've identified it as spam) by
resetting its PageRank, but that wouldn't help out in this instance.
Only possibility would be to force the site to be reindexed, but if
it's on MySpace/BeBo or similar, this wouldn't be under your control
(and would be a significant endeavour in any case). At the moment, I
am not aware of any mechanism to cope with "my site has changed,
please index the new version" requests.
