[ILUG] Dual monitor setup recommendations

I'm thinking of moving to a dual monitor setup and am investigating my  
options.

I'll be running Ubuntu (sometimes windows).  I want to use 2 19" LCDs,  
and the setup is mostly for a programming setup. I also think the  
ability to rotate monitors is pretty cool for various tasks. ( as here

Is anyone running a setup like this ?  Is anyone using the Dell 19 " (  
http://tinyurl.com/wb4lx )  LCDs ? ? Opinions?

Lastly what video card(s)  would you recommend to support dual  
monitors, and possibly the rotate functionality.
