[ILUG] svn error

But for the users svn is working, the ldd for libneon is

libneon.so.24 => /usr/lib/libneon.so.24 (0x00359000)


How can I change the /usr/local/lib/libneon to point to /usr/lib/libneon for
the users its not working?
