If you have a Netopia router you can configure it to pass the public IP 
address on to another router. For my own setup here at home I have it 
configured to pass the static IP on to my Smoothwall box. Although the 
Smoothwall box is based on a 2.4 kernel so it doesn't support IPV6 to my 
knowledge but if you used IPCop or build a custom router that might work.
