[ILUG] Threads deteriorating into spam

[ILUG] Threads deteriorating into spam

Declan Moriarty junk_mail at iol.ie
Wed Feb 1 21:17:45 GMT 2006

Am I on the wrong mailing list here? I thought I joined a list
about linux, and it sometimes is. But there seem to be a worrying
number of threads deteriorating into spam.

Currently running examples are the correct plural of 'virus' and
how many (windows vs linux) sysadmins could dance on the head of a
pin, or save money or something.

Why not divert these discussions to a chat mailing list which
people could subscribe into or out of.
