"The market" is amoral at best and in practice often highly immoral.
Why should those who have a complaint about the behaviour of a company
be restricted to pursuing the complaint within the very structure that
produced the immoral behaviour?
If a publicly traded company started dumping toxic sludge over your
garden wall would your first move be to buy a couple of shares?!
