I'm glad to hear they have improved. In my experience they were
the _worst_ isp in my experience. I'm in Templeogue.
The digital service worked. But when things went on the blink, I
didn't bother checking my box - I would ring NTL and find out when
they'd be back. I even installed djb's dnscache because their dns
went down so often. That way I could point at 127.0.0.1 for dns.
