BT broadband is very good from the technical point of view.
I am happy with uptime and network reliability.
However I have a serious billing issues with BT, currently escalated to
BT Complaints Officer and the Commission for Communications Regulation
(ComReg).
The dispute is over 1 year now. Everything started with the so
advertised "3 months free trial" plus 1 month if signed up.
The dial-up flat rate was billed during the broadband trial period.
Worse, the "free trial" was billed too, effectively becoming more
expensive than any other service.
I have moved my voice service back to eircom. Data will be moved soon.
It is sad to find such discrepancy between technical and administrative
services. Unfortunatey I know more people having the same problem with BT.
