I am not quite there yet, but I can confirm that where other companies
have an ``Accounts Receivable'' department, Esat BT only seems to have
a big mess.

I am seriously considering moving at least voice back as instead of
one phone bill I am now getting two, one for the line rental from
Eircom and one for the phone calls from BT which is not making
anything easier.
