I am planning to host a website at home on a DSL connection. I will be
setting up the DNS, Web server and the mail server. My question is
1) How many static IP address do i need(Public IP's)
2) HOW DO I GO ABOUT CONNCECTING IT FROM MY DSL MODEM. iNCASE I HAVE A
SWITCH?
please let me know a basic design thru which i can get the DNS, Web Server
and Mail server running.
I am building all this on Fedora Core 3. Using bind 9 and apache with
Tomcat, Postfix for mail server.
I also need to build the firewall since the public IP;s would be exposed to
the world.
Please Help ASAP
