Looking at the forums (http://forums.gentoo.org) would actually give
you all the help you need. You should try to boot with no framebuffer
at all until you fix this.
At boot time, append : vga=normal to get rid of framebuffer. As for
the kernel not booting, you'll get again more help from irc
(irc.freenode.net #gentoo) or the forums. Just a hint, genkernel
generated kernel not booting usually means that you forgot to take
care of your initrd in your grub/lilo configuration ...
