You were just a teensy bit non specific about versions, so:
SuSE uname -r
9.3 2.6.11.4-20a-default
9.2 2.6.8-24.11-smp
9.1 2.6.5-7.95-default
SLES 9 2.6.5-7.97-smp

Neither of these files exists in any of the above versions of SuSE as
installed.
