However it does not change the fundimentals, they were told to document
the API. They have not done so.
It is a bit like handing people a finished house, and pile of wire,
pipes, cement, wood and things that make them all go together. It is
still not complience the API is not present.
However the fact remains is if I ask you for a euro in change to use a
trolley when I am going shopping,
handing me a million dollars may be a useful exercise but it is not what
I asked for. While we are talking about things I did not ask for, what
conditions did were with that million dollars.
