Check X-Mailer headers for a while. It takes only one.
The sooner you get out of the "hiding from spammers" mindset, the sooner
you can start grappling with the real situation. (My view, yours for a
small fee.)

Guess what? Spammers have long used viruses to harvest addresses from
compromised hosts.
