Have to agree - moved from Debian unstable on the laptop and it detected
all my hardware (including the WiFi card) out of the box. Also does all
the power management. Installed network-manager and now it does WPA as
well. No faffing around with compiling IPW2200, IEEE802.11 and
wpa-supplicant.
Only thing I don't like is I can't increase the tracking speed on the
trackpad. Ideas?
It's getting to the stage I can see myself using Ubuntu as my default OS.
