I presume you mean 2 or 3 virtual servers running the same OS? (Having
*different* OSes isn't possible in the non-virt case anyway.)

Key point for me -- imagine being able to install an insecure swiss-cheese
PHP app like Gallery and *not* have to worry about all your important data
getting pwn3d!
For security, it's got some killer features.
