[ILUG] Virtualisation, what the point?

[ILUG] Virtualisation, what the point?

Hi there,

to answer the laptop question, some people do.
In my case I'm using VMware and not Xen, but the usage is the same: I'm
using virtualisation to provide support for my company's products. People
also do the same for developpment (having all the flavours of Wind$&* as an
example) or for virus reverse engeneering (AV vendors): in these cases, you
need several machines to replicate issues in several environments, but you
don't need to run them all at once.
